Artificial intelligence is already part of your daily life.
Stay in control of it.
Understanding what these tools are, using them for what matters to you, recognising fabricated content or an attempted scam: e-newera guides older adults through artificial intelligence, at their own pace and free of jargon.
The first sessions are being prepared. People on the waiting list are informed first.
A technology everywhere, a user guide nowhere
A voice assistant that answers back, instant translation, a search engine that writes its own answer, a photograph that was never taken: artificial intelligence has settled into everyday life without anyone explaining how it works.
It opens up real possibilities: writing a letter, planning a trip, making sense of an official document, keeping in touch with family and friends. It also opens the door to new forms of manipulation, such as doctored images or phone calls that imitate the voice of someone you know.
What is missing is not ability. It is the right kind of support: patient, practical, and rooted in the situations people actually face.
These are the right questions. Our sessions are built to answer them, through practice.
Three pillars, progress at your own pace
Our teaching rests on three pillars, shared by every e-newera programme and adapted here to everyday personal life.
Understand
Know what artificial intelligence really is, what it can do and what it cannot. We explain how it works simply, through concrete examples.
- Where its answers come from
- Why it can be wrong with complete confidence
Use
Make these tools a support for your own projects: writing, finding information, organising, creating. Everyone works on situations that matter to them.
- Ask a clear question
- Reread, correct, keep the final say
Check and take responsibility
The pillar that makes the difference. Checking information, spotting fabricated content, seeing through an attempted scam, choosing what to share and what to keep to yourself.
- The right reflexes with a suspicious message or call
- Protecting your personal data
Practical uses, from the very first sessions
Draft or check a letter
A letter, a message, a complaint: get a first draft and make it your own.
Get a useful answer
Ask a clear question, understand a document, and know when an answer needs checking.
Plan a project
A trip, a family occasion, a community project: structure, compare, plan.
Recognise fabricated content
The tell-tale signs of a generated image, video or voice, and the reflexes to make sure.
See through scams
The fake bank adviser, the fake relative, the false emergency: recognise the ploy and know how to respond.
Connect with your family
Understand the tools your children and grandchildren use, and talk about them with real knowledge.
Support designed around you
The formats and timetable of the first sessions are being finalised. Whatever shape they take, four principles will guide them.
Small groups
So that every question gets an answer and nobody is left behind.
Your pace, no prerequisites
No technical knowledge is expected. We start from where each person is.
Practice before theory
Real situations, drawn from your daily life, rather than abstract ideas.
You stay in charge of your choices
We show what the tool can do. You decide what to entrust to it.
It is not a computer course
We do not teach the technical side. We give you the bearings to understand, use and decide with full knowledge.
It is not a push to go fully digital
Everyone remains free to choose how they use these tools. Knowing when not to use one is also part of being in control.
It is not scaremongering
We look at the risks clearly and at the possibilities with curiosity. Confidence comes from understanding.
“Artificial intelligence should augment people, never replace them.”
Two founders, one shared standard
e-newera was born from one conviction: everyone, whatever their age, should be able to enter the age of artificial intelligence with confidence.
Laure Gramblat
Director of Learning and Development at e-newera. She designs the programmes and leads the sessions: doing rather than listening, starting from real situations rather than abstract concepts.
Cassandre Mariton
Specialist in the governance and ethics of artificial intelligence, lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. She leads the content on data, rights and responsible use.
What people ask us
Do I need to be comfortable with a computer or smartphone already?
No. No technical knowledge is required. Sessions start from each participant's level, and the form lets you tell us yours so that we can put together well-matched groups.
Are sessions held in person or online?
The practical arrangements for the first sessions are still being defined. People on the waiting list will be the first to know.
How much does it cost?
Prices will be announced with the full programme and dates, to people on the waiting list first. Joining the list commits you to nothing.
Can I sign up a parent or relative?
Yes, with their agreement. You can fill in the form in your own name and indicate that the request is for a relative. We collect only your own contact details.
How is my data protected?
The information in the form is used solely to tell you when sessions open and to organise the groups. It is never sold or passed on. In our sessions, protecting personal data is one of the topics we cover as a priority.
I represent a residence, a local authority or a charity. How do we proceed?
Use the same form and give the name of your organisation, or write to us at contact@nextgenlegaladvisory.com. We will get back to you to explore a session tailored to your audience.
